1. Answer the following questions (নিম্নলিখিত প্রশ্নগুলির উত্তর দাও):-

(a) Which animal guards our houses?

Ans:- Dogs guard our houses .

 

(b) Which animal catches mice?

Ans:- Cats catches mice .

 

(c) Which animal gives us milk?

Ans:- Cows give us milk .

 

(d) Name two animals who give us eggs.

Ans:- Hens and ducks give us eggs .

 

(e) Which animal gives us wool?

Ans:- Sheep give us wool .

 

(f) Which animal pulls carts and ploughs the field?

Ans:- Bullocks pull carts and plough the field .

 

(g) Name two animals who carry heavy burden.

Ans:- Camel and donkeys carry heavy burden .

 

(h) Which animals eat grass and plants?

Ans:- Animals like cows, goats, sheep and horses eat grass and plants .

 

(i) What do dogs eat?

Ans:- Dogs eat meat, fish even rice and bread .

 

(j) What do cats eat?

Ans:- Cats eat fish and drink milk .

Ans:-  I am cow .

 

(iii) I give you eggs. I can swim. Who am I?

Ans:-  I am duck .

 

(iv) I pull the carts. I plough the fields.

10. Answer the following questions (নিম্নলিখিত প্রশ্নগুলির উত্তর দাও):-

(i) What do you mean by wild animals? Give three examples of wild animals.

Ans:- The animals that live in forests, are called wild animals. They are tiger, lion, elephant, deer, bear etc .

 

(ii) What do you mean by domestic animals? Name three domestic animals.

Ans:- The animals that live with us, are called domestic animal . They are cow, cat, dog, sheep, camel etc.

 

11. Make sentences with the following words (নিম্নলিখিত শব্দগুলি দিয়ে বাক্য রচনা করো):-

(i) baby - Ans:- We call a baby dog a puppy .

(ii) around - Ans:- We see many animals around us .

(iii) different - Ans:- All animals are different from their nature .

(iv) friend - Ans:- He is my friend .

(v) nature - Ans:- All animals are different from their nature .

 

12. Write five sentences about an animal you like the most. Use the hints mentioned below (তোমার প্রিয় প্রাণীর ওপর পাঁচটি বাক্য লেখো। নীচে দেওয়া সঙ্কেতগুলো ব্যবহার করো):-

— your reason for loving it.
