(i) Why did the farmer decide to cut down the tree?

Ans:- The farmer decided to cut down the tree because it stopped bearing fruits .


(ii) What did the farmer see in the hollow of the tree?

Ans:- The farmer saw a beehive in the hollow of the tree .


(iii) What did he do with the honey?

Ans:- He tasted the honey .


(iv) What did the farmer finally realize?

Ans:- The farmer finally realized that no tree can be useless .


(v) Why did the sparrows, butterflies and squirrels become happy?

Ans:- The farmer decided not to cut the tree anymore so all the creatures were happy .
