Use of Conjunction AND – BUT – OR

 

1. Answer the following questions by one or two words ,(একটি বা দুটি শব্দে উত্তর দাও):-

a) Who eat their tiffins?

Ans:- Bulu and Tulu eat their tiffins .

 

b) Who read their books?

Ans:- Kamal and Karim reads their books .

 

c) Who walks?

Ans:- Ratan walks .

 

d) Who is a student?

Ans:- Jatin is a student .

 

e) What is blue?

Ans:- The sky is blue .

 

2. Joint the following sentences with and, but, or (and, but, or দিয়ে নীচের sentence গুলো যুক্ত করো):-

Ans:-

a) Milk is white but iron is black.

b) Rose is red and blood is red.

c) They sky is blue but the grass is green.

d) I shall buy a pen or a pencil.

e) Shila and Mala go to school.

 

3. Write the meanings in Bengali (বাংলায় অর্থ লেখো):-

a) The sky is blue but the grass is green.

Ans:- আকাশ নীল কিন্তু ঘাস সবুজ।

 

b) Rose is red and blood is red.

Ans:- গোলাপ লাল এবং রক্ত লাল।

 

c) Namita drinks tea or milk.

Ans:- নমিতা চা বা দুধ পান করে।

 

d) Shila and Mala go to school.

Ans:- শিলা এবং মালা বিদ্যালয় যায়।

 

e) Ratan walks but Jatan runs.

Ans:- রতন হাঁটে কিন্তু যতন দৌড়ায়।
