1. Answer the following questions (নিম্নলিখিত প্রশ্নগুলির উত্তর):-

(i) Does a tree have life?

Ans:- Yes, A tree also has life .

 

(ii) How do the roots help a tree?

Ans:- The roots help a tree to draw water and provide strong support .

 

(iii) Which part of the tree carries food to its different parts?

Ans:- The branches of the tree carries food to its different parts .

 

(iv) How do the trees make their own food?

Ans:- With the help of sunrays trees make their food in their leaves .

 

(v) How do the trees hold the soil?

Ans:- The roots go deep into the soil and this is how the trees hold the soil .
