1. Answer the following questions (āĻ¨িāĻŽ্āĻ¨āĻ˛িāĻ–িāĻ¤ āĻĒ্āĻ°āĻļ্āĻ¨āĻ—ুāĻ˛িāĻ° āĻ‰āĻ¤্āĻ¤āĻ° āĻĻাāĻ“):-

(i)Who used to live in the lake?

Ans:- Long long ago three fishes lived in a lake .

 

(ii) What did the first fish believe in?

Ans:- The first fish believed in destiny .

 

(iii) Who was the intelligent fish?

Ans:- The second fish was intelligent .

 

(iv) Who was the wise fish?

Ans:- The third fish was the wise one .

 

(v) What did the wise fish overhear?

Ans:- The wise fish overheard one fisherman talking to another that, This lake is full of big fishes. Let us come tomorrow and catch them .

 

(vi) What did the wise fish do after hearing the conversation of the fishermen?

Ans:- After hearing the conversation the wise fish hurriedly swam to his friends to tell the news .

 

(vii) What did the wise fish do to save himself?

Ans:- The wise fish swam through a canal and went to the other lake to save himself .

 

(viii) What did the intelligent fish do to escape himself from the fishermen?

Ans:- The intelligent fish acted as he was dead. Then the fisherman threw him back into the lake .

 

(ix) What happened to the first fish?

Ans:- The first fish caught in the net and jumping, then the fisherman struck him dead .
